3 nice newer vintage embroidered bread basket liners, two in blues and one in sunny yellow. The liners are have no labels but feel like a polyester or poly mix, they are in very good estate order with no holes, two have no stains, one has some light staining which would probably treat. Great set for a party or buffet, and very easy care, just wash and go.
The Classic Bread Basket Liner is worked from the center out, first on double pointed needles, then on circular needles. The finished project blocks out to approximately 17” x 17” square.
Really lovely set of five cotton lawn 10" tea napkins with scalloped edges and a beautiful embroidered detail to the corner in soft bluish gray. The set comes with a matched bread basket liner, the embroidery on this is an exact match in color and design, but with a very slightly different embroidery pattern, they look lovely together, and came from the same estate, so I would imagine they were purchased to use together. The napkins are in good estate order, they show just slight wear, and one napkin has a small ravel flaw to the stitched border (this is fairly minor and does not show when folded). Very pretty set for afternoon tea, in a nice neutral color which would go with nearly all china patterns.
